This site is information, not advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. It describes a category of employee benefit structure in general terms.
Whether a Section 125 SIMERP is appropriate for your organization depends on facts we do not know from a web page. Before adopting any plan change, consult your own attorney, CPA, and benefits counsel. We expect you to, and we would think less of an employer who did not.
Figures are estimates
Every dollar amount on this site, including the savings estimator, the comparison table, and any figure quoted in correspondence, is an estimate based on typical results. It is not a guarantee, a projection of your actual results, or a promise of any outcome.
Actual savings depend on payroll composition, wage levels, participation rates, eligibility, existing pre-tax deductions, and factors specific to your organization. The estimator uses fixed assumptions, including a 92% participation rate, that will not match every employer. A written projection modeled on your real payroll is the only figure worth relying on, and even that is an estimate.
No advisory relationship is created here
Reading this site, submitting the form, or exchanging email with us does not by itself create an advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship. Any such relationship begins only through a signed written agreement.
Third-party plans and providers
Plans discussed on this site are designed, underwritten, and administered by third parties, not by Section 125 Advisory Group. Statements about plan features, compliance posture, audit protection, coverage limits, carrier reviews, and endorsements originate with those providers. We describe them in good faith and to the best of our understanding.
Plan terms, availability, pricing, and features can change without notice to us. The controlling document is always the plan documentation you receive, not this website.

We link to primary legal sources such as the Internal Revenue Code and IRS publications so you can read them yourself. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, though we would be surprised if the U.S. Code moved on us.
Intellectual property
The text, design, and layout of this site belong to Section 125 Advisory Group. You are welcome to read it, print it, and share it with colleagues and advisors. You may not republish it as your own or use it commercially without permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false information through the form.
- Do not scrape, harvest, or automate against the site.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the site or gain unauthorized access.
- Do not send employee-level personal or health information. We do not want it.
Limitation of liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

We may update these terms. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
